How do I choose the right grip size for my tennis racquet?
To find your size, measure from the middle crease of your palm to the tip of your ring finger. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size and adding an overgrip for a custom fit.
What is the difference between tennis and pickleball shoes?
While both offer lateral support, pickleball-specific shoes are designed for the high-frequency pivots and quick starts unique to the smaller court. Tennis shoes focus more on sliding and long-range durability for hard courts.
Do you offer professional racquet restringing services?
Yes, we provide professional restringing with a wide selection of synthetic gut, multifilament, and polyester strings. Orders typically have a 24-48 hour turnaround time.
What is your return policy on used paddles and racquets?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused gear in original packaging. For items that have been played with, we offer a partial store credit through our 'Demo Exchange' program.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment like ball machines?
Standard court equipment and ball machines ship via ground freight and typically arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Are the pickleball paddles USAPA approved?
The majority of our inventory is USAPA approved for tournament play. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on each product page for the official certification seal.
