Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place your unused items, including all original tags and protective plastic on racquet handles, securely into the shipping box.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the equipment for game-ready condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
